Praiano, a peaceful old village scattered along the slopes of the hill, in the center of the Amalfi coast, is the ideal spot for visiting the whole area.

Casa Ninetta, extremely spacious (120 sq mt) and light, is situated in the higher part of Praiano and from here you enjoy splendid views of the sea and coastline. Although the accommodation is in the little town of Praiano, no traffic noise can be heard and peace prevails.

This delightful home, set on two floors, is very well furnished offering cosiness and comfort.
On entering the house, guests are immediately attracted by the charming warmth of the high quality furnishings which have been carefully and tastefully selected. All modern amenities have been installed, the newly renovated bathrooms are beautifully tiled and the kitchen will delight those with a passion for cooking: A spacious roof terrace, various balconies and a charming terraced garden opening off the kitchen, provide perfect spots to relax and enjoy the views and al fresco meals.

Entrance into a small hallway which leads to a lovely dining area with an archway dividing it from the spacious sitting room with an open fireplace, comfortable sofas, satellite TV, telephone and doors to the lovely balcony with beautiful view of the promontory of Praiano.

Adjacent to the sitting room is a door leading to the master bedroom with TV, doors to the balcony and en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath. On the opposite side is a spacious attractive eat-in kitchen with a large gas cooker, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and glass door leading into the large flowering garden furnished for dining al fresco, and also offering a wood fired pizza oven.

Again from the entry hall, a curved marble staircase leads to the upper floor with a queen size bedroom with en-suite shower room and doors leading to a glorious furnished terrace with sea views.

Access to the house is from a tiny and quiet piazza in the heart of the village, up a flight of 72 steps. Facilities: Air conditioning/reverse cycle heating (bedrooms only), central heating throughout, washing machine, satellite TV , pay phone.

Parking is available on request on confirmation of booking at a nearby private garage (250 mt from the house) at a weekly cost of Euro 42 to be paid locally. Electricity: 150 Kw of electricity per week is included in the rental price and should be ample for normal use. Any extra is payable locally
