We offer two beautiful apartments in a very stylish and private residence located just a few steps from the main square of Ravello.

Casa Frezza

In a gloriously private position, right in the core of Ravello, Casa Frezza is part of an elegant, secluded villa attracting guests who suddenly find themselves in another world of peaceful gardens and ''leafy'' glades astonishingly in the centre of town.

The ''Rufolo'', one of Italy's best preserved 13th century villas, is just one of the marvels overlooked by this house. Beyond, is the precipitous view down to the beachside resort towns of Maiori and Minori and across the expanse of the Gulf of Salerno to the misty blue hills of the Cilento on the horizon. In addition, there is an unexpected attraction of a large, open swimming pool two levels below, in a beautiful setting among Mediterranean pines. The pool is shared with the occupants of the 5 apartments situated in the same property.

Entrance into a small hallway leading into a spacious sitting/dining room with nice functional furnishings, most of them valuable pieces. There are comfortable sofas, an open fire place, a large window opening onto the garden and doors that open onto a terracotta tiled terrace, furnished with table, chairs and sun lounges for al fresco meal or sun-bathing while enjoying the beautiful view.

A large arched entrance with a heavy drape separates the sitting room from the bedroom, which is a double and has a door/balcony overlooking the panorama of the Gulf of Salerno, Villa Rufolo and the Moorish church of Santissima Annunziata pictured in almost every postcard of Ravello. Again from the entrance to the left, is a modern fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. Another door also opens onto the large terrace. A completely tiled bathroom with shower cubicle completes the accommodation of this elegant and functional apartment.

A large swimming pool which is shared with the occupants of the other five apartments, is set on the main terrace, as if suspended in this magic scenery.

The main entrance of the villa is situated only a few minutes easy walking from the parking area (300 meters). A flight of 60 steps leads down to the entrance terrace. From this terrace, 18 more steps lead to a huge roof terrace, which also is at the disposal of our guests.

Amenities: Central heating, tall fridge, cooker (4 gas rings), oven, TV. A laundry service is available for a charge of Euro 6 for each washing (ironing is included).

Casa Rufolo

Casa Rufolo is located in this private and secluded residence near the center of town, surrounded by three levels of mature gardens and lawns; it is situated at the upper floor of the owners' villa and enjoys views spanning from Villa Rufolo to the Amalfi Coast, over to the Coast of Cilento.

The apartment (60 sqm + terrace) is architecturally designed and decorated with a mix of antiques and modern furniture. It boasts a terrace with full views and elegant furnishing, from which one can enjoy the Wagner concerts played at dusk at the nearby Villa Rufolo.

Entrance into a large living room with sitting area and open fire place; French windows to terrace with inbuilt seating. Small but well equipped kitchen. Large bathroom with shower and double sinks. Study room with beautiful antique desk and dining table. Double bedroom with lovely views.

Amenities: Swimming pool to be shared with the occupants of the five apartments situated in the same property, located two levels below, in a beautiful setting among Mediterranean pines (18x9x1/3 deep). Pool open 2 May – 31 Oct. Central heating at Casa Rufolo only. Television. A laundry service is available for a charge of Euro 8 for each washing (ironing is included).

Services: English speaking manager on call. Maid service: 2 hours mid week with change of linen on Saturdays. Mandatory weekly cleaning fee, payable locally in cash: 60 euros per week. Porter service to be booked on confirmation of booking, payable locally. Refundable security deposit due upon arrival: 300 euros in cash.
