DETAILS:
This gorgeous small group of buildings is located in an
enchanting panoramic position on top of one of the sweet
rolling hills of the Crete Senesi area. There are
breathtaking views over the spectacular countryside,
from every part of the property. Two of these buildings
are now divided into eight spacious apartments, each
with independent entrance and private outside area
furnished with table and chairs for al fresco dinners.
The interior of each apartment is absolutely charming.
Terracotta floors, exposed beams and characteristic
furnishings harmonise very well with modern kitchens and
bathrooms. Satellite TV in the living room of each
apartment. Washing machine in each apartment.
An old barn has been converted to a spectacular indoor
pool with hydro massage. On two sides of this building
there are folding doors which open up completely making
the pool rather like an indoor-outdoor pool. Part of the
roof is in glass and it can be open during the summer.
As the water can be heated, the pool can be used all
year. This is one of the most beautiful swimming pools
we have ever seen. Next to the pool is a restaurant,
with its large commercial kitchen. The restaurant is
available on request for small groups only.
At guests’ disposal, free of charge, are four mountain
bikes with baby seat and two bikes for children.

Casa del Fornaio (sleeps 4) 75 sq mt
Comprised of living room with fireplace and kitchen
corner (fridge/freezer, 4 rings cooker, oven and
dishwasher), one double bedroom (queen size bed), one
bathroom with tub; one twin bedroom (double on request);
one shower bathroom.
Casa del Fabbro (sleeps 4) 78 sq mt
On the ground floor and comprised of iving room with
fireplace and kitchen corner (fridge/freezer, cooker,
oven and dishwasher), one double bedroom with ensuite
bathroom with tub; one twin (double on request); one
shower bathroom.
Casa del Maniscalco and Casa dell’Arrotino, share the
entrance and some steps.
Casa dell’Arrotino (sleeps 4) 77 sq mt
Comprised of living room with fireplace and kitchen
corner (fridge/freezer, cooker, oven and dishwasher).
One double bedroom with a four-poster wrought iron bed
with ensuite shower bathroom. One twin bedroom (queen on
request); one bath room with tub.
Casa del Maniscalco (sleeps 2+2) 54 sq mt
Comprised of living room with fireplace and kitchen
corner (fridge/freezer, cooker, oven and dishwasher),
one double bedroom with a four-poster wrought iron bed;
one shower bathroom. Double sofa bed available in the
living room.
Casa del Mezzadro (sleeps 2+2) 99 sq mt, on two
floors.
External stair case leading to a covered loggia
furnished with table and chairs for dining out. Living
room with fireplace and kitchen corner (fridge/freezer,
cooker, oven and dishwasher), one double bedroom (queen
size bed); one bath-tub. On the second floor there is a
nice room with skylight and double sofa bed available.
Casa del Cantiniere (sleeps 4) 85 sq mt, on the
ground floor.
Living room with fireplace and kitchen corner
(fridge/freezer, cooker, oven and dishwasher). One
double bedroom; one shower bathroom; one twin bedroom
with shower bathroom. This apartment is equipped for
disabled persons.
Casa del Falegname (sleeps 2) 52 sq mt.
On the first floor. Comprised of living room with
fireplace and kitchen corner (fridge/freezer, cooker,
oven and dishwasher), a double bedroom (queen size bed)
with a dressing room; one shower bathroom.
Casa Del Pastore (sleeps 4) 70 sq mt.
On the ground floor with private panoramic loggia
furnished with table and chairs for dining out. Living
room with fireplace and kitchen corner (fridge/freezer,
cooker, oven and dishwasher). One double bedroom (queen
size bed) with ensuite shower bathroom; one twin bedroom
(double on request) with ensuite bath-tub.

DISTANCES:
There are many wonderful places to
visit in the area. The little village of Asciano, with
its restaurants and shops is only 7 kms away. San
Giovanni d’Asso, famous for its special truffles is only
4 kms away. Siena (32 kms away), Firenze and Arezzo can
be visited in a day.
