Set in the beautiful countryside of the "Crete Senesi" area, just 12 kms West of Siena, is this old Tuscan farmhouse. Three pleasant apartments have been created in the main farmhouse and one in an independent converted barn.
Very private and surrounded by rolling hills, the property looks towards this magnificent Tuscan landscape and the skyline of the wonderful town of Siena can be seen in the distance.
The property has been newly renovated to an excellent standard, using old materials wherever possible. There are characteristic features such us wooden beams and country style furnishings yet with very modern and well equipped kitchens.
Each apartment provides spacious accommodation and each has its own private entrance and garden. Satellite TV in each apartment.
Guests share a delightful swimming pool (7x14 mt - depth from 1 mt to 1.50mt) set in a panoramic position, with spacious solarium and furnished with sun beds and sun umbrellas.
Groups booking all the apartments can also have the use (at an extra cost) of the large common dining room with fireplace and a well equipped kitchen located on the ground floor of the main building. This is ideal for celebrations and meals for a large group.
The nearest village with shops and restaurant is Arbia (2,5 kms away); Taverne d'Arbia, with restaurants and shops is only 4,5 km from the property.
This is an excellent choice for a relaxing holiday in the countryside yet you are within easy reach of historic Siena.

Apartment Melograno - Ground Floor (sleeps 2) 43 sq mt
Consists of a living room with kitchen corner (oven, 4 rings cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher) and fireplace. One double bedroom (twin on request); one shower bathroom with washing machine. Spacious panoramic garden furnished with table, chairs and parasols. BBQ.
Apartment Alloro - Two Levels (sleeps 4+1) 70 sq mt
On the ground floor there is a spacious living/dining room with fireplace and sofa; kitchen with oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, 4 rings cooker and washing machine; one toilette. On the first floor there is one twin bedroom with and extra bed suitable for children under 10 (1.47m long) and en-suite shower bathroom; one double bedroom (queen size bed) with en-suite shower bathroom. Private garden in front of the apartment, furnished with table, chairs and parasols. BBQ
Apartment La Corte - Two Levels (sleeps 5) 90 sq mt
Private garden and very private covered loggia furnished with table and chairs at the entrance of the apartment. On the ground floor there is a spacious living/dining room with fireplace; kitchen with oven, fridge/freezer, 4 rings cooker, dishwasher; toilette with washing machine. Just seventeen steeps lead from the living room to the first floor where you can find a single bedroom, one double bedroom (twin on request), on bathroom with tub, one double bedroom (queen size bed) which is very spacious with two windows and en-suite shower bathroom.

Independent barn surrounded by a garden furnished with table, sun umbreallal and chairs. BBQ in the garden.
