Here you may feel that you have entered a place where you have already lived. Perhaps it is the smell of cut grass or of mint on your balcony, the flowering almond tree or the grey stone worn by the passage of time that helps us feel at home. This lovely estate with its vineyards and olive trees is full of the past which can be relived and then remain with great pleasure in your heart.
 
The large old house is divided into five apartments, each with its own unique character: Il Melograno , Il Giuggiolo, La Loggetta, La Torre and Il Gelso . The apartments offer every kind of comfort, while preserving the ancient beauty of the building and its history, thanks to a careful restoration and to the furnishings which are mainly antique pieces from past times handed down with care from one generation to the next. The bedrooms differ from each other in choice of pastel wall colours, four-poster beds, ancient terracotta floors – all contributing to a special warm atmosphere. Bathrooms are equipped with a tub, shower stall, or both, and are distinguished by the use of authentic Carrara marble and other natural materials in splendid colours.

The villa is surrounded by rows of grapes and olive trees, interspersed with centuries-old vegetation, ancient species of fruit trees, vegetable gardens, flower gardens and meadows.

Refined décor in spacious rooms overlooking the vineyard and the olive trees nearby are waiting for you. All the apartments have independent heating and air conditioning system, a private kitchen with refrigerator and deep freeze, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, all china, glassware and cutlery. Each apartment also has TV, phone, cable and satellite national and international TV, high speed internet connection.

A swimming - pool in the garden and a barbecue corner will be soon available.

The descendants of the same family who purchased this estate in 1839 still live there today. They are always on hand attending to making your stay both memorable and comfortable. Special surprises are always in store and the bounty of their working farm is available to guests. Parking is available on the property.
