DETAILS:
Located in the very heart of the Chianti area is the fascinating and tiny medieval hamlet of San Vincenti that still preserves its ancient appearance. The hamlet is reached by a dirt road through lush woodland that brings you to the centre of the village and its beautiful Romanesque church. The old bell tower creates a most special atmosphere with a handful of old stone houses on the slopes of the hill enjoying lovely views.

The most outstanding feature of San Vincenti is the peace and quiet.... you will feel centuries away from the ‘modern world’ as you get away from it all, relaxing in the shade of an ancient tree and soaking up the atmosphere! If you like walking, this is also the ideal place for you. 

On one side of the hamlet are two typical stone houses shaded by mature trees, recently renovated and divided into four very spacious apartments. The owners have taken great care in making the place homely with its tasteful furniture, choice of pretty fabrics and wall colours. All apartments are very different from one another and all equally as charming. Bedrooms are beautifully furnished with antiques and most bedrooms have en-suite bathroom. All apartments have their own outdoor area for dining ‘al fresco’ on the lawns. 

In a sunny spot you will find a swimming pool (10 x 5 mt – 1.20/1.90 mt deep) well furnished with sun beds. There is a spectacular view at sunset from the swimming pool, which is set on a natural terrace overlooking the valley and forest.

DISTANCES:
In the small village of Monteluco (4 km of dirt road) there is a small grocery shop and a small restaurant for wine tasting. For a larger selection of restaurants and shops, Gaiole in Chianti is only 13 km away or Castelnuovo Berardenga (11 km). Siena is only 30 km away
