DETAILS:
This is an independent villa of approx 1300 sq mt. suitable for six persons. Originally it was a hay-loft and now it has been restored into a beautiful house with all comforts.

Entering the villa there is a characteristic living-room with a large sofa in front of the television. Same steps down, there is the kitchen (entirely made in the wall) and the dining-room which is spacious and comfortable. In the villa there are three bedrooms and three bathrooms, two of them with shower and one with a bath-tub. There is also a laundry room with a washing-machine.

Obviously, in such a lovely place, there is also a pool (6.70 x 4 mt. approx. h. 1.20/1.60 ) and a wonderful open panorama. From both the pool and the terrace you can admire the beautiful spectacle of sunset on the hills of Chianti while tasting a glass of the delicious local wine.

This green oasis is very well located. It is close to all facilities: restaurants, supermarket, shops and cafes are just 4 km away; Greve (the main town of Chianti) is 10 km away, Florence 12 km and Siena 30 km. Horse riding facilities close by. Golf courses at Ugolino Golf Club (8 Km away).

The area is suitable for biking and trekking.
