Intimately private lakeshore Cottage located in a scenic and glamorous setting. Spacious and manicured garden that leads to the lake and the mooring. Private mooring, lake access, satellite TV, partially air conditioned, garden equipment. A well behaved dog is welcome.

Casa delle Rose is a charming lakeside cottage with its own mooring and beach. It is an L-shaped villa with two wings connected by a common courtyard. One wing is for rental and in the other lives the owner (a friendly nice lady). Peace and privacy is guaranteed.

The Accommodation
One double bedroom with independent access from the garden and ensuite bathroom (shower). This bedroom is connected to the rest of the house by passing through a single bedroom. Adjacent to that single bedroom is a bathroom with an old fashioned marble tub as well as a separate stall shower. Overlooking the single bedroom from a loft is the master bedroom, which is air-conditioned. On this upper level there is also a second, smaller single bedroom appropriate for a child under 10. There is also a sitting room with billiard table, television (satellite), fireplace and large arched French doors leading to the garden plus a dining area and eat-in-kitchen with direct access to the garden. Tastefully and carefully decorated, Casa delle Rose offers a romantic holiday on the shore of the lake. Only a child under 10 is accepted as a sixth person. Pets are welcome.


There is a sports club with 3 tennis courts and Olympic pool (10 min. walk) which guests may use for a daily or weekly rate. The beach is 50 meters from the villa. There are also 2 golf courses within 10-15 min. by car and 7 more within 45 min. The ferry to the other beautiful lake resort towns and islands docks at Belgirate just 10 minutes away on foot. There is also a pedestrian route behind the house that offers a panoramic view of Lake Maggiore and that leads (5 min.) to the nearby town of Lesa. There you can find grocery shops and restaurants and there is also the possibility to order and take out delicious meals at the nearby Rapanello Restaurant in Lesa.
