Bella Bellagio, Lake Como
Bellagio is situated at the head of the promontory at the northern extremity of the vast mountainous peninsula which divides the lake forming the Como branch to the west and the Lecco branch to the east. The promontory of Bellagio juts out into the central basin of the lake, called the “Centro Lago”. This position gives it an extraordinary variety of views and this is one of the reasons Bellagio has always been known as the “Perla del Lario” – the Pearl of Lake Como.
The most ancient part of Bellagio occupies the area at the end of the promontory and is known as the Borgo. Numerous little characteristic suburbs are scattered both along the lake and the hilly slopes above.
Our apartments are situated in the suburb of San Giovanni, which is just five minutes by car from the centre of the town or a pleasant walk through San Giovanni itself, then briefly along the main road and down through the small suburb of Loppia, onwards through the beautiful garden of Villa Melzi and finally along the lakefront to the centre of Bellagio.
Leda – sleeps 6+2
200 sq. meters, sleeps up to eight people. Ground floor. Large living room with fireplace and sofa-bed, kitchen, three bedrooms ( one queen, two twins), two bathrooms (one with bathtub and shower, the other one with shower). Opens to garden area.
Lilla – sleeps 2+2
100 sq. meters. First floor apartment with a living room with fireplace, sofa bed, satellite TV, telephone, one queensize (can also be made up as twin bedroom) bedroom, kitchen with washing machine, one bathroom with tub, shower and hair dryer. The apartment has a balcony and access to a small garden.
Sole and Bosco – each sleeps 4+2
100 sq meters. Second floor, attic apartments with living room, satellite TV, telephone, two bedrooms (one queen, one twin), kitchen with washing machine, one bathroom with tub and hair dryer. Sole has no view to the lake. Bosco has views to the lake from the living room and bedroom windows.
Fiore – sleeps 2+2
90 sq meters. First floor apartment with one queensize bedroom (or twin), sofabed for two, bathroom with tub and hairdryer, balcony with a side view to the lake.
Leda has a private garden and the other apartments each have a reserved garden area with table and chairs, sun lounges and umbrella. All apartments have central heating/air-conditioning, fax/phone, satellite TV, hairdryer, washing machine, and are supplied with all linen.. In the garage there is private parking for one car per apartment, dryer machine and icemaker.
