La Limonaia
La Limonaia is an immaculately renovated old stone house (150 sq mt) set in the hills near Lucca amongst woodland and olive groves. There are many delightful country walks from here. A swimming pool is set on the terraces of the olive-grove (the pool is shared with owner who lives in a nearby villa) and there is outdoor furniture for al fresco dining. The wonderful little house is tastefully furnished in typical Tuscan style and is set on two floors.
Ground Floor – Large living room with integrated and fully equipped kitchen with open fire-place, 1 small double bedded room, one single bedded room and a generous bathroom with shower, two sinks, bidet and toilet.
First Floor – An open gallery which comprises 1 double bedded room with an archway leading to a small lounge area with sofa (can be made into a double bed) and writing desk.
The house is equipped with telephone, TV , VCR, (no satellite), small portable CD/Music system, computer with Internet facilities and printer.
Amenities include air-conditioning in the upstairs master bedroom
