La Sovrana
Casa La Sovrana is a large (160 sqmt or 180 sqmt) independent property, recently renovated, retaining all the original characteristics of a traditional Tuscan farmhouse. It enjoys a very private and tranquil setting with stunning views over the surrounding thickly wooded hillsides and the medieval towers of the village.
The interior offers a comfortable, spacious living area with a fire place and a kitchen corner (cooker, fridge and oven), one double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, four when it’s booked for 10 people, and two shower bathrooms.
In front of the house is an extensive terracotta tiled, sunny terrace equipped with table, chairs and sun umbrella for outdoor dining. In the garden, there is a lovely irregular shaped swimming pool (11 x 5 mt, 1.20 – 2.10 m deep) at guests’ disposal.
The property is reached by a short steep single track road, which is not suitable for low slung vehicles.

The nearest restaurant is in the little hamlet of Stigliano, about 1.5 km from the house, and the closest village with all shops and services is Rosia, 5 km away. Siena 13 km.
