Podere Bagnolo
Podere Bagnolo is situated in a quiet position with spectacular views, near the charming and perfectly preserved Etruscan village of Murlo, 30 kilometres south of Siena. The Murlo area is between the Chianti Classico region and the Crete Senesi and the surrounding countryside is dramatic and ever-changing. You can be entranced with softly rolling hills, rugged and undulating expanses of the chalk hills in their startling colors which change with the light and a landscape of cypress trees, vineyards, olive groves and forests. I particularly love this part of Tuscany and encourage you to experience its drama and beauty.
An old stone farmhouse next to the owners house has recently been very well restored to a high standard and divided into two independent apartments. The access to the apartments is by external stairs shared by the guests leading to the covered loggia where each apartment has its own small private sitting area.
Both apartments are furnished with taste and style, retaining a typical Tuscan country flavor, with cotto floors and exposed beams.
In the grassy garden in front of the house, each apartment has its own private table and chairs for dining out. The nice shared pool (6×12 m) is placed in a position to best enjoy the glorious panorama. Both apartments are also very comfortable out of season having their own central heating.
Arancio – sleeps 4 (55 sq mt)
This apartment consists of a living room with kitchen corner (cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven), one double bedroom, one twin bedded room and a bathroom with shower.
Mandarino – sleeps 2 (39 sq mt)
This is a studio apartment and consists of a living room with a kitchen corner (oven, cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine ) a queensize bed, and a bathroom with shower.
