Casa Goga is one of the old farmhouses of the ancient Spinola Estate. It has been renovated recently with much care. The original atmosphere is enhanced with the use of local antique furniture, the décor is very tasteful and offers every possible comfort . The farmhouse is set in farming land and enjoys a marvelous sense of peace, silence and tranquility. Here is the perfect rural setting, with a large garden and shared swimming pool, orchard and vegetable garden for guests personal supply.
There are lovely views from the garden, to Torgiano and its towers in one direction and as far as the skyline of Perugia to the north with towers and church cupolas. The garden and pool areas offer plenty of space in enjoyable surroundings. At Torgiano, which is within a walkable distance, we find the renowned Lungarotti vineyards producing some of Umbria’s finest wines. The property is situated close to the E45 highway, thus is most convenient for visiting the whole of Umbria and also the closer Tuscan towns such as Cortona and Arezzo. The Lago di Trasimeno is also a recommended day trip.
This is another of our favorites, and has been in our portfolio for many years. The economical price belies the total charm of this excellent home. The helpful and friendly owners live in their villa on the estate a short distance away.

In the farmhouse are two spacious apartments on two levels, with private entrances, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Lower level: large, fully-equipped kitchen, living/dining room, one double bedroom, bathroom with shower. Upper level: large living room with wood stove and a double sofa-bed, two double bedrooms, bathroom with tub. Each apartment has washing machine, dishwasher, safe, telephone and central heating.
Villino Goga – sleeps 2 + 1 – is a small house with one bedroom set next to the main villa of the estate enjoying a large garden and a delightful gazebo furnished for outdoor living by the swimming pool. Furnished with family antiques, it is a charming house offering a comfortable stay in a peacful rural setting.
